After exercising very regularly for a few years, I was still up to about 200lbs. Exercising wasn’t my problem, what I was eating wasn’t the problem. I had a quantity problem that was likely a learned habit from when I was young. Getting a bit of extra help has me down to just under 180lbs, and still slowly ticking down. Only complaint is that my pants are falling down and my shirts look a little bit big. A good problem to have.
