So where do I start?
If you have never exercised before you should see your doctor before starting any exercise program to ensure you are healthy enough to exercise. After you get the okay to start, start easy and work your way up to more advanced programs.
The rule of thumb is 150 minutes a week which includes aerobic/cardio exercises, and weight lifting. There are many great programs to choose from. You just have to choose the one you like the most and can stick with it.
Choose exercises that work multiple joints and low or no weight. 2-3 sets and 8-12 reps with each set.
